Analysis of Actual Measure for Frozen Wall temperature field in Cretaceous Stratum in the influence of the hydrated heat from the concrete shaft liner

Abstract:

In order to understand the influence law of the hydrated heat from the concrete shaft liner to the frozen wall temperature field, through temperature monitoring in two representative horizontal layers of mine air return shaft in Xin Zhuang coal mine, analysis the monitoring data can get: the temperature soared of frozen wall inside in two horizontal layers and the highest temperature reached 15.8℃ in monitoring point after the concrete pouring of shaft liner; With the increase of depth, the influence scope increase of concrete hydration heat for the frozen wall, but the time reduced of hold positive temperature; under the action of concrete hydration heat, the melting depth of the frozen wall between 250~600mm; the reduce of concrete hydration heat and a lot of moisture-temperature migration in the action of temperature gradient from melting zone to frozen zone, causing the temperature drops rapidly of the high temperature part in the frozen wall inside. The result can provide reference for similar engineering design and construction.
